Okay so, how do I know if I’m ACTUALLY ready to scale?
My philosophy is, if the question on when to scale your business has popped into your head, you probably are. Most of my clients come to me when they feel they’ve outgrown their current business automation systems (or lack thereof), feels like their time is TOTALLY maxed out on tasks they hate, have tried to outsource before just for it to take MORE of their time, and they feel like there’s room for more revenue on the table.
Can you help if I already have a team?
Hell yes. I play nicely with others! As your personal business operations consultant, I’ll meet with you then create plans to help streamline what’s working, tighten up what’s not, and add smart systems so your team can actually do what you hired them for (instead of Slacking you every 5 minutes.)
So often people start outsourcing then wonder why it’s not working for them, and SO often it’s because there aren’t the right systems in place so they can do their job. I’ll come in and fix all that so your team can be making the ROI you hired them for.
